Founder & Managing Partner
Ben topor
Ben is the Founder and Managing Partner of Titan Capital Partners. He has spent the last decade in senior roles in private equity and investment banking, and has personally led more than 40 transactions, some of which in Israel's most sought-after software and internet companies.
Prior to the establishment of TCP, Ben served as a Managing Partner at Catalyst Investments and Head of Technology, Media & Telecom investment banking division at Cukierman & Co, Israel’s largest investment banking firm, as well as a director for I.E.I. Previously, Ben Founded the non-profit organization “The Noah Initiative” focusing on regional economic development in Israel, and led to the establishment of a new urban quarter in the city of Ofakim, named "Noah Forrest Neighborhood".
Ben served as an officer in the Israeli Intelligence Directorate and the Israeli Department of Defense. Ben holds a B.A. in Economics and East Asia studies from the Berglas School of Economics in Tel Aviv University. In 2016, Ben was chosen by Forbes Magazine to be one of Israel's most promising financial professionals, as a member of the first Israeli “30 under 30” Forbes list.

Senior Partner
omer schloss
Omer has spent a decade leading high-impact financial transactions across global markets. As the Head of Investments at CP Group, a prominent London-based global family office, he invested hundreds of millions of dollars in growth equity and private equity investments across three continents. Before joining CP Group, Omer honed his expertise in investment banking and M&A, gaining extensive experience in structuring and executing complex financial deals.
Earlier in his career, Omer served as a consultant in KPMG's Financial Advisory Services Division, advising on strategic transactions and financial strategies. He also earned an MBA from INSEAD, one of the world's leading business schools and holds a dual bachelor's degrees in law and accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he was recognized among the university's prestigious "40 Under 40."

Venture Partner
benjamin canet
Benjamin worked in NY for 18 years as an investment banker, trader and hedge fund portfolio manager focused on special situations, pre-IPO and IPO investments. In 2019, he relocated to Israel and joined the Phoenix pension fund to focus on investments abroad, including private credit. Benjamin joined Titan as a Venture Partner in 2024.

Associate
jacob katz
Jacob is an Investment Associate at Titan, where he focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments in technology companies and venture capital partnerships, including secondary transactions. Originally from Wisconsin, USA, Jacob previously worked as a Senior Associate at PwC Israel, specializing in valuations, strategy, and business planning. Before that, he gained experience in marketing and business development at Cloudify and served as a Venture Capital Analyst at theDOCK. He brings a strong background in financial analysis, strategic thinking, and investment evaluation to support Titan's mission of identifying world-class opportunities.

Head of Communications
rona waldman
Rona is the Head of Communications at Titan, managing internal and external communications with founders, partners, and investors while shaping the firm’s strategic messaging. Previously, she was Head of Operations at a tech company, part of KPMG’s marketing team, and a Project Manager at the Ministry of Tourism. Rona combines expertise in communications and operations to build trust, drive growth, and deliver impactful narratives.

MICKEY WINITSKY
Mickey brings over two decades of experience in the digital industry, with expertise in digital growth, fintech, micro-mobility, gaming, data analytics, and marketing technology. As Group CEO of K Verse, a consortium of five companies driving global digital transformation, Mickey has led strategic growth initiatives and M&A transactions.
Previously, he served as CEO of Investing.com and held leadership roles at Bwin.Party, Neogames, and Caesars. An active investor and business owner, Mickey is involved in ventures like Stork.inc, SlotsCatalog.com, and ScootUp.ae. He serves on multiple boards and is a member of YPO.
